Mikey888 believes that online gaming should be fun entertainment — not a burden. We provide a range of player protection tools, limits you can set yourself, and always-available support to ensure your gaming experience stays positive and in control.
Six core pillars of our Responsible Gaming program
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account. Once a limit is set and reduced, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies — this step is designed to give you time to reconsider.
Set your daily or weekly session time limits. The mikey888 platform will send an alert when you are approaching your set limit and automatically end the session when the limit is reached. Taking breaks is essential to staying in the right headspace.
Need a short break? Use the "Break" feature to suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break period, you won't be able to log in or place any wagers — a simple way to give yourself the space you need.
If you feel that gambling is starting to have a negative impact, the self-exclusion option allows you to close access to your mikey888 account for a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. This request will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
You can opt out of any marketing communications, bonus offers, or promotions from mikey888 at any time. This setting can be updated through your account preferences section without needing to contact customer support.
The mikey888 customer support team is trained to assist players who need guidance on responsible gaming. Reach us via live chat at any time — your conversation is confidential and completely judgement-free.
For most people, playing on a platform like mikey888 is a way to have fun, test their luck, and enjoy exciting entertainment. The majority of our players play within a set budget, enjoying games in a healthy and controlled way.
However, we recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a serious problem. Gambling addiction is a real mental health issue, and no one plans to go through it. That is why mikey888 takes a proactive approach — we do not wait for problems to arise; instead, we provide tools and information from the outset so every player can make informed choices.
Mikey888's Responsible Gaming Program goes beyond meeting licensing requirements — it is a core value we genuinely uphold. We want our players to keep coming back because they enjoy a positive gaming experience, not because they can't stop.
The mikey888 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 Years and Above. Any account found to be owned by a minor will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.
All of the following tools are available free of charge to every mikey888 member and can be activated directly from your account settings without waiting for approval.
Set the maximum amount of money you can deposit into your account within a given time period.
Cap the amount you can lose within a set time period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place additional bets until the limit period resets — a proactive step to protect your budget.
Set a maximum amount for each individual bet. This helps you avoid placing large bets impulsively, especially after a series of consecutive losses.
Choose how long you want to play in a single session. The platform will send a warning 10 minutes before the limit is reached and automatically log you out when time is up.
Suspend your account for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account is fully inactive — no login, no deposits, no wagering.
The strictest option — close your account permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, this request cannot be reversed. Your account will be blocked across all devices and platforms.
The process for setting limits and protection tools at mikey888 is designed to be as simple as possible. No need to contact support — you can do it yourself in under 2 minutes.
Log in to your account using your username and password. Make sure you are using a secure and private device.
Click the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown menu.
Select the type of limit or tool you want to activate — deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit, temporary break, or self-exclusion.
Enter the limit value or time period you want. Review and click "Confirm". Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
You will receive an in-platform notification and a confirmation email to your registered address. Keep this record for your reference.
Gambling problems rarely appear out of nowhere — they usually develop gradually. Recognising the early signs is the most important first step. Do not wait until the situation gets worse. Ask yourself honestly:
If you answer "yes" to three or more of the questions below, we strongly encourage you to speak with someone you trust or contact the mikey888 support team for further guidance.
